Notes for Corporate Membership Application
1. Membership criteria
Corporate membership is open to any organisation which supports the aims and objectives of the Society and from whom the Society benefits. Organisations directly or indirectly funded substantially by the pharmaceutical, tobacco, alcohol, gambling and gaming industries or other trades and industries which might be seen as having a conflict of interest are not eligible for corporate membership. Corporate members shall be asked to supply a conflict of interest statement. Corporate members and their representatives shall not be eligible to vote or hold office.
2. Membership fees
The fee covers the cost of membership for the calendar year. The Board is aware that different companies have different resources. Each corporate member is asked to determine the rate it considers appropriate, at the following levels:
US$500 / $1000 / $1500
We suggest the first rate for non-profit making organisations, the second for smaller companies and the third for larger corporate entities.
3. Methods of payment
Credit card (PREFERRED) or Bank Transfer. You will receive payment instructions once your application has been approved.
4. Personal data
Your personal data (name, address, contact details) will be held on file at ISAJE’s office. They will be used for administrative purposes within ISAJE but will not be made available to those outside the organisation. A members’ contact list will be accessible at www.isaje.net for the exclusive use of members, who must undertake not to pass the information to non-members.
5. Returning the form
